Crowne Plaza Hannover Hotel

There is a disco near/under the hotel and the noise on the Friday and Saturday nights we were there was very loud and continued until well into the early hours.

The gym was small with limited equipment and no pool area which was disappointing.

Guests need to be aware that to have their room made up you leave notning on the door handle. Even if you turn around the do not disturb sign they will not come in.

Easy location close to the main station. Restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast selection.

A bit pricey, but it was semi-exhibition period. Internet slow at times.

Big and comfortable rooms. Gym had everything needed. Breakfast was delicious, with helpful and friendly staff on the first breakfast service.

Staff change on second day breakfast service. Very unfriendly, not welcoming and unhelpful. We complained by check out at reception desk, but seemed not to care about it. Still would come back as overall seeing had a great stay nevertheless.

Bathroom was extremely small, almost disproportionate to the size of the room. POOR/NO SOUNDPROOFING: Could hear conversations in the hall, adjoining rooms and from outside. Gym area was very poorly equipped: Take some of the wasted areas you have and expand the workout area to include free weights and various machines.

Clean modern rooms and excelentt staff!

The gym was poor. Not even 1 set of Dumbbells or a fitness ball. Only cardio machines. I couldn't do a workout and ended up just going back to my room. Was disappointed as I booked it because of the gym facility. The hall ways could do with a make over to match the room but wouldn't stop me booking again.
